Course Access & Completion Requirements

Access codes are provided by Kathy within 2 business hours of payment verification. Completion of all 7 online course modules is required before you are eligible for the virtual skills session. Students who have not completed all modules are not eligible for skills testing and will forfeit all fees paid.

No-Refund Policy

All registrations are final. No refunds are offered for any reason, including personal schedule changes, illness, employment changes, or failure to complete the course. Registration is non-transferable.

No-Show Policy

Students who do not attend their scheduled virtual skills session without providing advance written notice forfeit their session and will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee before a new skills session date will be assigned. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid prior to scheduling a new session. Repeated no-shows result in forfeiture of all fees paid with no option to reschedule.

Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Students who join more than 10 minutes late may be denied entry by the instructor and will be treated as a no-show, subject to the $50 fee and rescheduling requirements above.

Reschedule Policy

Rescheduling is available under the following conditions only:

  • The request must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled session
  • Requests must be emailed to kathy@anchorcareconsulting.com
  • Only one (1) reschedule is permitted per registration
  • The rescheduled session must be completed within 30 days of the original date
  • Failure to attend the rescheduled session forfeits all fees paid — no further rescheduling available

Test Failure

Skills session results are Pass/Fail only. In the event of a failure, students may have the option to re-register at a discounted rate at Nurse Kathy's discretion. A virtual review session with Nurse Kathy may be required prior to retesting.
