Reschedule Requests & Cancellation Policy

Due to high demand, students commit to their scheduled test date upon finalizing registration.

  • All registrations are final. No refunds are offered. Registration is non-transferable.
  • Rescheduling is not available.
  • Non-completion and no-shows forfeit all fees paid without entitlement to a refund or rescheduling.

  • The testing session begins promptly at the posted time. Students arriving or joining more than 10 minutes late may be denied entry by the instructor and will require a paid rescheduled testing date.

Test Failure Policy

Passing grades are not guaranteed. Grades are Pass/Fail only:

  • Written Exam: A score of at least 85% is required to pass.
  • Practicum: Success is determined at the sole discretion of the nurse instructor.

In the event of a failure:

  • A student may have the option to re-register at a discounted tuition rate.
  • At Anchor Care Consulting's discretion, a student must either repeat the full course or complete a virtual video study session with one of our nurse instructors before re-taking the written exam.
  • Our nurse instructors will determine whether a student must repeat practicum testing on a case-by-case basis.
Why These Policies Exist: Re-testing requirements are in place to ensure every student has gained the knowledge and skills necessary to safely perform QMAP duties in a paid work environment. Patient safety is the priority.

Testing Date Cancellation or Postponement by Anchor Care Consulting

In the event a testing session is cancelled or postponed by Anchor Care Consulting due to unforeseen circumstances — including but not limited to community health concerns, severe weather, civil unrest that physically endangers students or instructors, instructor illness or injury, or an Act of God — Anchor Care Consulting will offer an opportunity to reschedule at no additional charge.

  • No refunds will be offered in the event of a testing day cancellation.
  • An exact replacement of the original testing location is not guaranteed.

Illness Policy

In the interest of community health, Anchor Care Consulting instructors reserve the right to remove from attendance any student who displays signs of suspected illness during a testing session.
